| Northwest Automotive Centers did a wonderful job. My alternator fried on me when i was on the road. I having low money and couldnt afford anything to high of a cost went around getting quotes from auto care businesses around spokane valley. I have to say, the prices they quoted me compared to other businesses were significantly lower. They were also very communicative about my issue. They not only fixed the issue, but also educated me on why the alternator fried. They are a very "real" team and dont beat around the bush. I reccomend this auto care business to anyone that doesnt want to spend an arm and a leg to get their repairs done. Jim was the guy who mainly communicated with me and my annoying calls I have kept on making to him. Great customer service and they aim to impress. Thanks guys! |
