| We have been coming to Northwest Automotive on Pines since 2008 and have always been extremely happy with the service. We have now had them take care of 5 different vehicles and they have done a variety of services on them. We use them for everything from oil changes to transmission service to diagnosis of tougher problems. Never had any problems with any of their technicians or counter people. Estimates have always been accurate. We would (and do) recommend Northwest Automotive to friends and coworkers. |

| Love the crew at Northwest Automotive! I have had my car in there 3 times and each time they find the problem and get it fixed. On one occasion where they fixed the thermostat on my car the gasket had rolled up causing antifreeze to leak and they got it fixed at no charge the same day I brought it back. What I am saying is if they make a mistake they fix it and make it right - have to appreciate that. A small business with a big heart - not a big ego - thank you for treating customers fairly, I will continue to bring my families vehicles for all repairs to Northwest Automotive - MD |
