| Since I started taking my car to Northwest Automotive on Pines about 2 years ago, I have always been treated kindly. I feel like the technicians are very helpful, they address the problem and don't over charge you. They also don't suggest you get things fixed unless it really needs to be fixed. |

| Nice job and done quickly. Only complaint is getting into car I noticed very big dirt smudge on door handle. Wiped off easily, but still annoying. |

| The analysis and resolution was quick and to the point and had no additional fees associated with the repairs. They did a good job. |

| The only issue we have is the up sale. Our son brings the car in and they try to tell him he needed new brakes. We had just had them replaced so knew this wasn't correct. However, the work, the we request, is done at a reasonable cost and timely. |
